What about Carer’s Allowance?

If you receive Carer’s Allowance and have been caring for at least 22 weeks, you may be entitled to take a break and continue receiving it. You are allowed to take a break for up to four weeks in every 26 weeks without losing your allowance, even if you or the person you care for goes on holiday.
